I thought that he was being unfair, but I feared him so much, there was nothing I could do to make him understand. In another instance, my boss came to work station and started shouting at me for no apparent reason. He complained that my work was poor and yet he had never companied before. The previous day, my immediate supervisor had commended a report I had done. Therefore, I was surprised that my boss found my work to be unsatisfactory.
